ABOUT PALM JEBEL ALI
Palm Jebel Ali, situated in the southern part of Jebel Ali Free Zone, is an artificial archipelago renowned for its creation by Nakheel Properties, the same developer behind the iconic Palm Jumeirah island. Notably, Palm Jebel Ali dwarfs the size of Palm Jumeirah, covering an area three times larger than its 460-hectare counterpart. While the master plan for the project is yet to be unveiled, the Financial Times reports that the island could potentially offer around 1,700 beach villas and 6,000 apartments to interested buyers and residents. The opulent crescent-shaped island will have a first-rate entertainment area. Once finished, the region will be one of the most famous tourist attractions in the Middle East, generating substantial revenue to property owners who rent out their property.
The developer is a well-known company in Dubai – Nakheel Properties. It complies with the standards of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. Renewable energy will power 30% of the public facilities at Palm Jebel Ali.
